Swallow's DM Lift is a residential elevator designed to provide an economical means of vertical transportation in multilevel homes. Its standard finish is a modern and sleek anodised aluminium. Glass or steel enclosures are also available.
DM Lift features
Requires only a shallow 150mm deep pit and headroom of 2500mm for easy adaptation to new or existing homes.

- Slack Cable Safety Device monitors the cable status. If the device detects a slack cable condition, the elevator "safeties" immediately to stop the elevator and prevent further movement
- Manual Lowering Valve at Pump Unit for added convenience
- Two speed valve for superior ride quality and control for soft stops and starts
